Funny how every few years some half-forgotten movie clip comes back because it accidentally called a piece of the future. What gets me isn't "wow, prophecy." It's how the same anxieties keep cycling: surveillance, celebrity politics, permanent emergency, people too fried to tell satire from the news. Feels less like one film nailed it and more like we've been stuck in the same loop since the 2000s.
