If Larijani is gone after those strikes, that’s not some side note. Taking out a guy tied to Iran’s security brain changes how the regime reacts. People keep acting like Tehran will just absorb hit after hit and go back to business. I doubt it. When you kill senior operators, you don’t get moderation, you get faction fights, paranoia, and pressure to answer hard enough to save face. The Biden crowd spent years pretending cash, talks, and wishful thinking could tame this regime. It didn’t. Iran respects force and exploits hesitation. That doesn’t mean rush into another Iraq. It means stop flattering ourselves about who we’re dealing with.
