Wild that we still treat extreme wealth as proof the system works when a lot of it comes from the system being bent on purpose. If you can borrow against stock, dodge taxes for years, and then lecture everyone else about merit, that's not capitalism in any healthy sense. I'm not against people getting rich. I am against nurses and teachers paying a higher effective rate than billionaires who live off asset gains and lobby for more loopholes. Raise capital gains taxes, beef up IRS enforcement at the top, and stop pretending this is envy. A country this rich shouldn't feel this rigged for people who work normal jobs.
