Too many people are pretending this is some rude taboo when it's the job interview for the most powerful office on earth. If a president can't finish a thought, answer straight, or look like he's running the room without staff translating the moment, voters should care. That's not cruelty. That's basic self-government. We don't owe any politician a protective bubble because the alternative side is worse.
