If Ukraine can reach Novorossiysk and hit fuel or naval targets there, that changes the map more than another press release about "red lines." Russia's Black Sea setup has felt untouchable for too long. Good. War doesn't stay neat and local after you invade your neighbor. If Moscow wants fewer strikes on ports and tankers, the answer isn't more whining on state TV, it's ending the war they started. That's harsh, but I don't see another language the Kremlin listens to.
