Funny how every time wind starts eating into fossil profits, somebody suddenly rediscovers a million reasons it's "not reliable." Meanwhile Texas just got through another brutal weather swing and the grid needed every source it could get, including wind. Same story in Europe after the gas shocks. The practical answer isn't some oil nostalgia trip, it's build more transmission, storage, and turbines, then stop pretending gas companies are the adults in the room.
