Funny how both parties talk nonstop about "the future" until a giant data center shows up next to somebody's neighborhood sucking power and water like a vacuum. Then suddenly it's "progress" and you're supposed to shut up. I'm not anti-tech, I'm anti getting steamrolled so Amazon or whoever can brag about more AI capacity while locals eat higher utility bills and uglier land use. If politicians want an easy win, make these companies pay full freight and get local approval first.
